From 2000 – 2011, Christine Brkich, and her sister, Lisa, owned and operated their dance school, InMotion Dance Inc. in the Mississauga and later, the Oakville areas. She has enjoyed the success of teaching students who have gone on to join the National Ballet of Canada’s Associate Program, Ryerson Theatre School, and who have also performed her choreography for national, and international audiences (i.e: Florida, Italy, Guelph Contemporary Dance Festival).

Most recently, Christine and Lisa have choreographed a new children’s work known as “The Legwarmers” intended for audiences aged 3-6 and have presented this production in both the Live stage production format, as well as DVD format under their production company known as “Two Sisters Dance Projects Inc.”. Developed from having many years of educating young children about the passion for dance, Christine and Lisa collaborated in utilizing their multiple pedagogical techniques developed over time in such a way to entice and reach youthful audiences everywhere. Christine is eager to transcend this project forward to new heights and to introduce “The Legwarmers” to audiences on both a national and international level.

Christine is a frequent guest teacher for various workshops in the GTA and Edmonton, Alberta, (Citie Ballet) and holds membership in B.A.T.D. and with PAEC (Performing Arts Educators of Canada) in both Modern and Ballet divisions.
