Michelle Crossman

Michelle has had a passion for dance ever since she can remember, and was fortunate to grow up as a classically trained dancer in the styles of ballet (RAD), jazz, tap and acro. The more she immersed into the world of dance and performance the more styles she fell in love with – now also trained in hiphop, contemporary and burlesque. Her professional dance career started when she joined Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. After that Michelle focused more on the commercial side of the dance industry where some of her credits include Mariana’s Trench, Kardinal Official, Fito Blanco, Keshia Chante, Hedley, Nelly Furtado, and touring with the musical theatre cast of Aladdin by Creativiva.

Michelle has been teaching part time for the past 4 years in hip hop, jazz, and contemporary. While breaking into the choreography world felt like a natural next step, she has had the pleasure to choreograph for Canadian recording artists Craig Smart, Foxx Williams, Andrea Godin, and young musician Sebastian Ellis.  Michelle continues to explore her career in as many fascists as possible, pushing boundaries in choreography, and never shying away from a challenge to continuously grow herself and with those who dance along beside her.
