What is the Parent Login? It is a portal to your family’s file in our database and an easy way for you to access your account at any time – check your dancer’s schedule, fees and payments, and update contact and credit card information. Any changes you make to your account through the “My Account” tab will be made to the database.
When you click on the link at the top of this page, you will be redirected to the login page. If you have never been through the parent login before, click on “I don’t have or don’t know my password”, enter your email address (the one that we have on file for you) and a password will be emailed to you. Use that password to log in, and then please change the password under the “My Account” tab once you are logged in so that it is one you will remember. Be sure to click on the SAVE button whenever you have made changes.
Click on a tab (News, My Account, Fees & Payments, My Contacts, My Students, My Classes, Registration, Policies) to view detailed information. You can also choose from the drop down list next to “I want to” at the top of the main page.
To register for classes, choose the Registration tab and follow the instructions.
You cannot make a payment through the portal but you can provide your credit card information and we will process the payment at the appropriate time. Fees are split into two payments – September 15th and January 15th. Any credit card information entered under the “My Account” tab will be securely encrypted. We can see only the first digit and last 4 digits of the credit card as well as the expiry date. Please ensure that the name and billing address for the credit card match the contact information under “My Account”.
Be sure to log out when you are done by clicking on the Sign Out link in the upper left corner of the main page.
